Survivorship membership rates are on a sliding fee scale, based on ability to pay, beginning from $75.00 down to what you believe you can afford.
As our costs go up, we hope that some of you will be able to help out by increasing your membership contribution. If you cannot do so, you are welcome to continue at the old rates. We ask that health-care professionals contribute towards gift memberships.
If you have a gift membership this year and would like another one, please let us know that you are still interested in Survivorship and want to renew. If you need a gift membership this year, please let us know at info@survivorship.org.
We regret that we are not able to provide services or include members under the age of 18.
Renewing
1. Choose how much you are able to pay.
If you are a professional, we recommend that you donate and additional $35.00 to support gift memberships for low-income survivors.
We truly appreciate gifts so that we may offer support to survivors who are unable to work and for survivors who are incarcerated. All donations are tax deductible. We are a 501(C) corporation. Notes: all notes and journals are now electronic only.
